From idea to book to sale

This page tracks the actual publishing workflow. It is an editorial status board, not an automated AI generator or payment system.

1. Idea: Choose title, audience, language, length and author.
2. AI draft: Generate a structured manuscript with review checkpoints.
3. Review: Fact-check, edit, confirm rights and approve final text.
4. Production: Design cover and export EPUB and PDF.
5. Sales: Add verified book files, price and secure payment/delivery.
6. Distribution: Prepare Amazon KDP files and author-approved listing through permitted workflows; publication timing is controlled by Amazon.
7. Audiobook: Produce chapter audio, check narration rights, and provide an authorized listening sample.
8. YouTube: Obtain a separate, opt-in license, produce an original-quality video edition, and upload only after author approval and channel authorization.
9. Revenue policy: Proposed MOMO share is 25% of defined distributable sales revenue, reduced to 20% only while the optional YouTube audio license applies. No print fulfillment by MOMO BOOK. Terms require legal review before public onboarding.

Release channels for Book 01

MOMO BOOK Store: Digital EPUB/PDF and audiobook only. Status: awaiting complete manuscript, export files, secure checkout and fulfillment. Do not accept orders yet.

Amazon KDP: Prepare final EPUB, cover, metadata, rights and accurate AI-content disclosure. Submission requires an authorized KDP account and Amazon review; no publication is claimed.

MOMO BOOK YouTube: Create or authorize the official channel, secure the author’s optional audio/video license, prepare chapter narration and original video assets, then upload through an authorized channel connection. Monetization is subject to YouTube eligibility and review.

Quality gate: No Ready for Publication status, sales button, sample-audio button or platform availability badge until the relevant deliverable has been verified.

Private manuscript workroom: Book 01: ten-chapter outline and chapter-one working draft. Accessible to authorized WordPress users only; not a final manuscript.

Book 02–10 · Awaiting titles

Additional titles will be registered as they are selected. No books are marked complete until the manuscript and publishing files exist.
